Core Competencies for ServiceNow Platform Admin
*Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
*Minimum of five years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, ITOM, or ITIL-aligned process environments.
*Strong operational experience with enterprise ITSM or ITOM platforms such as ServiceNow
*Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, virtual machines, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, certificates, monitoring, and asset lifecycle management.
*Strong understanding of ITIL practices; ITIL v4 certification is strongly preferred.
*Experience translating operational data, logs, metrics, and incident trends into meaningful KPIs, reports, and executive-level dashboards.
*Demonstrated ability to document processes, map integrations, analyze workflows, and recommend practical process improvements.
*Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
